Expansive, dual-use warehouse primarily operated as an inventory retail space. Large rack systems are available for pallet storage along with rolling doors for easy shipment. Existing storage can be easily moved to make more room to consolidate a renter's needs. Warehouse staff is experienced in picking, counting, and fulfilling inventory at a rapid rate. A fully equipped woodshop is available on location along with an air filtration system. Facility includes a filtered paint booth and all necessary amenities. Vehicle repair is not authorized on site and oil/petroleum waste is not available to be stored on the property. The facility includes strong WiFi speeds and ample routers to accomodate multiple additional devices. Office space is available at the entrance with additional office space available in the rear of the warehouse. A shipping dock attaches to the warehouse on the north side of the building with two 15 foot roll-up doors.

The existing business uses the Netsuite ERP and is available for all 3PL needs for additional fees to be negotiated separately.
